Will my custom or special dice fit in the Lockbox?
The tray in the lockbox was designed for standard 16mm dice. We’ve found some sets fit and others don’t. The Lockbox can be used without the tray allowing most sets will fit.
How do I clean my wooden dice accessories items?
All wood products are finished with a poly-coating. This does not need to be waxed or shined. Wipe away dust and fingerprints with a dry, lint free rag. If something has spilled on your item, use a mild soap (like dish soap) to wipe off stain and dry thoroughly.
How do I clean my sign?
Dust signs with compressed air in a can or a lint free rag.
How durable are your products?
Our dice accessories are all made with Baltic Birch and finished with a hard poly coating. The Baltic Birch provides a strong frame and the poly coating is scratch resistant. Do be mindful of items with cut outs or delicate pieces as these are more prone to breaking.
I made a mistake in my order, can I change it?
First, contact us right away. If we haven’t started making your item, we can probably change it. Unfortunately since so many items are custom, if we’ve already started production we cannot accept changes. Also, if it’s already been sent we cannot recall the order.
When will my order ship?
Most of our products are hand made when ordered, but some (like dice) are ready to ship. See our shipping page for more information and specifics.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment and process them safely and securing using the Shopify payments platform. We also support Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay if you prefer.
